I tried it a few times, but the brushing cycle just feels like it’s over way too fast. When I brought it up, the response felt a little like I was being talked down to, like I didn’t understand how it was supposed to work. Maybe it’s designed that way, but it still doesn’t feel long enough to me

The brush I ordered was the right one and works well. One of the refill packs was missing when it arrived, but support got it sorted after a few emails. Not perfect, but they did take care of it, so I’m happy overall.

I don’t mind paying more when the value is there, but this felt a little too expensive for what you actually get. To be fair, it’s not terrible, but I think the price should better match the quality or amount provided.

I ordered replacement brush heads from tryautobrush.com they took way longer to arrive than I expected. Then when they finally showed up, the fit wasn’t even that great. One of the heads felt loose, and the bristles seemed noticeably softer than the original ones I had. Like, how is this okay for replacement heads that are supposed to match the product? They technically still work, but for the price, I don’t feel like they’re worth it. I probably wouldn’t order them again unless they make some improvements

I’ve been using my AutoBrush for a couple months now, and honestly, it still works just like it did when I first got it. The bristles haven’t fallen out or gotten weird, and the charging base is holding up fine too. I’m giving it 4 stars because the outer rubber part has picked up a few marks already, not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Overall, it feels durable enough for everyday use.

I used AutoBrush for a few weeks, and it do make my teeth feel cleaner than when I just rush through brushing. It’s easy to use, which I like, but I still feel like a few spots doesn’t get cleaned as well as they should. For the price, I expected a bit more. It’s not bad, but it’s not something I’d call amazing either...

From what I can tell, this pretty much only works with their own products. I tried using it with a couple of other things I had around, and it didn’t really cooperate. So if you’re already using their setup, it’s probably fine, but I wouldn’t count on it working with much else.

Overall, it’s not too bad to clean. The brush rinses out easily after I use it, and the mouthpiece actually comes off without making me wrestle with it... which I appreciate. I also like that there aren’t a bunch of tiny little corners to deal with, so most days I can just wipe it down quickly and move on.
That said, if I don’t clean it right away, the edges can start to get a little gross. It also takes longer to dry than I expected, so it’s not quite as low-maintenance as I was hoping. Still useful, just not perfect...

The brush itself works fine, but it’s way too loud for my kid, especially at night when we’re trying to keep things calm. I also got frustrated because when I tried to get help or ask a quick question, it felt like there was no real human contact at all, just automated stuff. Annoying experience overall.

I think this works really well for travel. It fits in my bag without any trouble, and it’s been easy to bring along on trips.

As someone who likes to stay organized and plan around deliveries, this was frustrating. It took forever to show up, and by the time it finally arrived, I was more annoyed than excited.

The battery dies way too fast. I expected it to last longer based on what they promised, but it just doesn’t hold up. Frustrating when you’re counting on it and it needs charging again so soon.

I wasn’t totally sure how this would go when we first got it, because my kid can be hit or miss with new things, but to my surprise they actually use it on their own. It’s not one of those items that gets opened once and then forgotten in a corner, which is always a win in my book. They seem to really like it, and I’ve noticed they keep coming back to it without me having to remind them or encourage them much at all.

I really wanted to like this, but the bristles just didn’t feel great to me. Some areas felt kind of rough, while others seemed almost too soft, so it didn’t feel like it was cleaning very evenly. I haven’t tried a bunch of these to compare, so maybe mine was just a bit off, but for the price I expected it to feel better quality.

It’s not a bad product at all, just feels a little average for what it costs

I was bracing myself for some dramatic surprise fee at the end, but nope. The prices were shown upfront, and there weren’t any weird extra charges lurking in the shadows later.

I had a question about my order and reached out, not expecting a whole lot. But to be fair, they replied quickly and the person I talked to was actually helpful. It wasn’t one of those generic copy-paste answers either, which I know some people might assume. They answered my question, gave me the info I needed, and got everything sorted. I don’t really have anything bad to say here, the customer service was solid and better than I expected.

I gave it 2 stars because the brush itself is actually okay, but the packaging was a letdown. When it arrived, the box was dented on one side and it didn’t seem like there was much protection inside. My sister even commented that it looked like it was just tossed in there. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more premium and arrive in better shape. Not the best first impression.
